| 摘 要： | 目的 对比观察雅培CD3700全自动血细胞分析仪白细胞计数（和分类结果无异常提示样本）的激光散射法和电阻法白细胞计数。方法 通过测定100例正常人样本和61例临床患者样本,获得激光散射法和电阻法白细胞计数值及15个和9个时间点的白细胞数,进行统计学分析。结果 WOC和WIC存在统计学差异,比较所得试验数据,激光散射法相关系数较电阻法低,部分标本两种方法差值较大,最高可达2.0×10~（9）/L。结论 对雅培五分类血细胞分析仪白细胞计数和分类结果无异常提示的样本同样要注意对比分析激光散射法和电阻法测定值,差异大者,仍有复查的必要。
