大鼠过敏性肺泡炎时肺血管反应性的变化

摘    要:本实验采用普通高温放线菌(Therm oactinomyces vulgaxis)孢子混悬液给SD大鼠气管内缓慢注入,以复制过敏性肺饱炎,测定其血流动力学指标,并与对照组和注盐水组动物比较,观察大鼠肺血管反应性的变化。结果表明,肺泡炎大鼠的血流动力学指标与对照组和盐水组比较差异无显著意义;但对缺氧的肺血管收缩反应(△PVR),肺炎组(729.4±152.3kPa·s/L)明显低于盐水组(1434.8±295.1kPa·s/L)和对照组(1838.9±620.3kPa·s/L)。

Abstract:In this report,we focus our studies on the link between lung inflammation and pulmonary vasoreactivity.28 rats were divided into three groups,control group,normal saline and alveolitis groups.0.2 ml suspensive solution (30 mg/ml) of thermoactinomyces vulgaris spore was injected into trachea of rats in the third group once every five days.In the second group,normal saline was injected instead of thermoactinomyces suspension.After 3 injections,acute alveolitis occurred in the third group.The pathologic changes were very similar to those observed in Farmer's Lung Disease.The results show that there was no significant difference in pulmonary hemodynamics among the three groups.However,the pulmonary vasoreactivity to hypoxia was remarkably reduced in rats with alveolitis
