主诊医师负责制实施前后医疗质量的综合评价

目的运用TOPSIS法对医院神经内科实施主诊医师负责制前后的医疗质量进行综合评价,为医院提供绩效及管理决策依据。方法选取神经内科2011年-2013年每年第三季度的医疗质量数据,选择门诊人数、住院人数、平均住院日、病死率、病床使用率、病床周转次数6项指标,应用TOPSIS法进行综合评价。结果评价结果显示2013年第三季度医疗质量最佳,Ci值为0.7988,;2011年第三季度医疗指标的Ci值为0.0170,为3年中最差。与医院实际医疗情况相符。结论主诊医师负责制有助于提高医院医疗质量,应予以推广实施。TOPSIS法是一种在医院管理中较为灵活实用的评价方法。

Comprehensive Evaluation of Medical Quality After the Application of Attending in Charge

Objective Comprehensively evaluate the medical quality by using TOPSIS method before and after the attending in charge implement to the hospital department of Internal Medicine-Neurology, and provide the performance and decision basis for hospital management. Methods Select medical quality data of Internal Medicine-Neurology annual third quarter from 2011 to 2013,select these six indexes such as outpatients number, number of hospitalizations, average hospitalization days, mortality rate, occupancy rate, the bed turnover times, and evaluate by using TOPSIS method. Results The evaluation results show that the third quarter of 2013 medical quality is best, the Ci value is 0.7988; the third quarter of 2011 medical index Ci value is 0.0170, the worst of three years.The results consist with the actual situation of our hospital medical. Conclusion The attending in charge can help to improve the medical quality, should be to promote the implementation. TOPSIS method is a flexible and practical evaluation method in hospital management.
