摘    要:目的了解ICD培训班学员学习情况,以期为ICD培训与继续教育提出合理化建议。方法对参加2014年7月在长春地区举办的ICD培训班的学员进行问卷调查,并分析数据。结果学员多数来自三级综合医院;年龄中位数P50为37.59岁;61.97%学员的最高学历为本科;初级职称与中级职称的学员构成比占到56.34%;63.38%学员正在从事病案编码工作,平均工作年限为4.22年;只有8.45%的学员在取得ICD技能认证证书后再次接受ICD继续教育学习。在培训满意度与效果方面,绝大多数学员还是比较认可的;ICD技能认证考试通过率为47.19%。结论二级医院、一级医院以及专科医院的编码人员对ICD培训及继续教育的重视程度还不够;疾病与手术编码工作需要除应有相关的医学知识外,还需要有较长时间的编码操作实践,才能在ICD技能认证考试中取得良好的成绩。定期举办ICD的相关培训,对提高编码员的技能很关键。

Abstract:Objective To observe the leaning situation of ICD trainees and put forward reasonable suggestions for ICD training and continuing education. Methods The trainees who participated the ICD training course held in Changchun,(july,2014) were questioned and the data was analyzed by the author. Results Most of the trainees came from tertiary general hospital, of whom the median age P50 was 37.59 yeas, 61.97% with a final degree of bachelor.The composition ratio of the trainees in junior titles or intermediate title was 56.34%.63.38% of the trainees were engaged in medical record coding with an average working experience of 4.22 years. Only 8.45% of the trainees accepted the continuing education with the certification of ICD skills.The vast majority of trainees were satisfied with the effect of the course, with a pass rate of 47.19% of ICD skills exam.Conclusion The coders from secondary and primary hospital did not pay enough attention to ICD training and continuing education. Both relevant acknowledgement of medical coding and long-term practice was needed to achieve excellent results in ICD skills certification exam. It is critical to form a multi-level and periodic training system authorized by Chinese hospital association of professional committee of the medical record management, relying on the provincial medical record management committee's strength in purpose of improving the skills of coders.
