恶性肿瘤院后精细化随诊数据量表模型设计思路

恶性肿瘤院后随诊工作对于肿瘤专科医院意义重大，但目前的随诊表单缺少病种的针对性，信息利用滞后。为达到随诊量表设计标准化、规范化、精细化，体现专业特色，某肿瘤转科医院通过前期论证选择典型病种，回顾性分析病种随诊数据，寻找随诊量表医学指标和生命质量的特点，参考国际通用权威量表项目，设计层次结构清晰的调查问卷，能够有效挖掘、收集患者随诊信息数据。首先根据肿瘤治疗临床实际需求，以肺、食管癌为试点成功建立“恶性肿瘤院后精细化随诊数据量表模型”，并通过不断时间进行持续改进。
