| 摘 要： | 目的：找出影响病种分组入组率的因素，提高医保试点病种分组入组率。方法病历追踪法对未做疾病分类编目结算病案进行标记，进行统计。结果2013年2月-4月间发现178份未做疾病分类编目结算病案，平均结算周期4天。结论129份的病案结算周期是在0-2天，因此0-2天是减少未做疾病分类编目结算病案的关键时间段，根据患者再就医需求分析，病案编目周期尽量缩短在2天内是保证减少未做疾病分类编目结算病案的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To identify the factors that affect the rate of disease grouped settlement and improve medicare pilot group of diseases enrollment rate.Methods The records tracing the unfinished medical record settlement cataloging records are marked statistics.Results The results found that between February and April 2013 178 unfinished medical records catalog settlement records,the average billing cycle is four days.Conclusions 129 copies of medical records billing cycle is 0-2 days,therefore 0-2 days is the key period of time to reduce medical billing cataloging,according to the medical needs of the patient and medical records cataloged cycle as short as possible in two days are the methods to ensure the reduction of unfinished medical records catalog settlement records. |
