精神病人刑事责任能力评定量表在精神分裂症违法者中的运用

目的：探讨精神病人刑事责任能力评定量表在精神分裂症违法者犯罪案件中的运用。方法对62例精神分裂症违法者采用精神病人刑事责任能力评定量表评定刑事责任能力，并将评定结果与专家鉴定结果进行比较。结果不同等级刑事责任能力者精神病人刑事责任能力评定量表评分比较差异均有极显著性（ P＜0．01）；量表评定与专家鉴定一致性较好（Kappa＝0．971，P＜0．01）；量表各条目评分与总分相关性均有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）。结论精神病人刑事责任能力评定量表内部构建合理，在精神分裂症违法者犯罪案件中，其评定总分能有效反映3级刑事责任能力的差异性。

Application of criminal responsibility rating scale for psychot-ics in schizophrenia offenders

Objective To explore the application of Criminal Responsibility Rat-ing Scale for Psychotics （CRRSP） in schizophrenia offenders .Methods Criminal responsibilities were assessed with the CRRSP in 62 schizophrenia offenders and evaluation results com-pared with expert appraisal conclusion .Results There were very significant differences in the CRRSP scores among the offenders with different classes of criminal responsibilities （P〈0 .01）;the consistency of scale evaluation and expert appraisal was better （Kappa =0 .971 , P〈0 .01）;the correlation of each item and total score of the scale all had statistical significance （P〈0 .01） .Conclusion The internal construc-tion of the CRRSP is reasonable ,the CRRSP total score could effectively reflect the difference of 3-class criminal responsibilities in cases of schizophrenia offenders .
