常规心电图在原发性高血压左室肥厚诊断中的应用价值

摘    要:目的:分析常规心电图在原发性高血压左室肥厚诊断中的应用价值。方法随机入选213例我院住院的原发性高血压患者,所有患者均行超声心动图与常规心电图检查。以超声检查结果将患者分为左室肥厚组与无左室肥厚组,观察常规心电图检查对左室肥厚诊断的敏感性和特异性。结果213例原发性高血压中,经超声心动图检查出左室肥厚109例(51%),其中经常规心电图诊断左心室肥厚34例,心电图诊断左室肥厚的敏感性为34.3%。特异性为93.3%。结论常规心电图诊断左室肥厚虽不如超声心动图敏感性强,但特异性较好,且简单经济方便,对原发性高血压左室肥厚的诊断有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To analyze electrocardiogram (ECG) in the diagnosis of primary hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods Randomly select 213 cases of primary hypertension patients,all patients with echocardiography and electrocardiogram examination.Divide the patients into left ventricular hypertrophy and no left ventricular hypertrophy group results for ultrasound result.Observe the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of electrocardiogram (ECG) on left ventricular hypertrophy.Results In 213 cases of primary hypertension,echocardiography diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy was 109 cases (51%),electrocardiogram (ECG) diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy was 34 cases.The sensitivity of the ECG diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy was 34.3%,and the specificity was 93.3%.Conclusion The sensitivity of ECG diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy is not stronger than echocardiography,but better specificity,and simple,convenient and economic for the diagnosis of primary hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy.It has certain application value.
