罗哌卡因与利多卡因作局麻行根管治疗术镇痛效果的比较

目的比较罗哌卡因与利多卡因局麻行根管治疗术的镇痛效果。方法采用统一的临床效果评定标准。对160例局部麻醉下行上下颌第1、第2磨牙根管治疗术患者随机分为2组,比较2种不同麻醉药的起效时间、持续时间和镇痛效果。结果罗哌卡因组较利多卡因组虽麻醉起效时间比较长（P〈0.01）,但麻醉的镇痛效果却更好（P〈0.01）,而且麻醉的持续时间也比较长（P〈0.01）。结论罗哌卡因麻醉药,无论在理论上还是在临床应用上均比利多卡因更具有优越性和安全性,是一种很好的麻醉药。

Comparison of Analgesia Effect of Ropivacaine and Lidocaine in Local Anesthesia of Root Canal Therapy

Objective]To compare the analgesia effect of ropivacaine and lidocaine in local anesthesia of root canal therapy.Methods]According to unified evaluation standard for clinical effect, 160 patients received root canal therapy for first or second molar in maxillary and mandible were randomly divided into two groups. The onset time, duration and analgesia effect of ropivacaine and lidocaine were compared.Results]The onset time of ropivacaine group was longer than that of lidocaine group （P〈001）, but the analgesia effect of ropivacaine was better than that of lidocaine （P〈0.01）, and the anesthesia duration of ropivacaine was longer than that of lidocaine （P〈0.01）.Conclusion]Ropivacaine is more effective and safe than lidocaine either in theory or in Clinical practice, it is a good anesthetics.
