Abstract: | Spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH) is a rarely reported syndrome of spontaneously occurring postural cephalalgia associated with low CSF pressure. We report a case of SIH in which MRI of the brain revealed diffuse symmetric pachymeningeal enhancement that resolved without specific therapy. |
