冠心病本虚标实辨证与肺功能指标关系探讨

摘    要:通过检测不同证型的冠心病忠者的肺通气功能,探讨冠心病中医本虚标实辨证与肺功能指标的关系。结果表明:心气虚、肾气虚者的补呼气量较正常人减少,肝肾阴虚者明显减少;肾气虚者的肺活量实际数较正常人降低,肝肾阴虚者明显降低;心气虚者的肺活量实占预较正常人降低,肾气虚、肝肾阴虚者明显降低;心气虚、肾气虚、肝肾阴虚3型的最大通气量实占预均较正常人明显降低。血瘀组、痰浊组的补呼气量、肺活量实占预、最大通气量实占预较正常人明显降低,血瘀组的肺活量实际数、时间肺活量也较正常人明显降低。

Abstract:After the test of pulmonary ventilation in different types of coronary heart disease,the relation between the pulmonary function and the syndrome of deficient fundamental with excessiveincidental was stidied.The result showed that,comparing with nomal cases,the expiratory reserve vol-time in the patients with deficiency of heart-qi(Typel)or deficiency of kindey-qi(Type 2)reduced,andthat in the patients with Yin deficiency of kindney and liver(Type3)obviously reduced.The real volumeof vital capacity in Type 2 and in Type 3 reduced and obviously reduced respectively.The RREY(theratio of real to estimated value)of vital capacity in Type 1 reduced,and that in Type 2 and 3 obviouslyreduced.The RREV of maximal ventilatory volume in all the 3 types remarkably reduced.Moreover,theexpiratory reseve volume and the RREV of vital capacity and mixamal ventilatouy volume in the caseswith blood stasis and with turbid phlegm remarkably reduced.The real votume of vital capacity and thetime vital capacity in the cases with blood stasis remarkably reduced.
