参甲软肝方抗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化和改善肝功能的疗效观察

目的:以慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(简称慢性乙型肝炎)肝纤维化患者为研究对象,观察参甲软肝方的抗肝纤维化和改善肝功能的疗效。方法:将120例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者,分为2组,各60例。治疗组采用参甲软肝方治疗,对照组服用复方益肝灵。分别治疗3个月后观察临床疗效,主症,肝纤维化指标,肝功能变化情况。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);主要症状体征的改善率及降低肝纤维化、改善肝功能等项指标,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:参甲软肝方具有抗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化和改善肝功能的作用。

Observation on Effects of ShenJia RuanGan Decoction on Anti Chronic Hepatitis B Fibrosis and Improving liver Function

Objective:To observe the curative effects of ShenJia RuanGan Deˉcoction on anti liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B as well as improving liver function.Methods:120cases of chronic hepatitis B fibrosis were divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated ShenJia RuanGan Decoction,and the control group with Compound YiGanLing Tablet.3months later,the observation was made to see the curative effects,including cardinal symptom,liver fibrosis items,and the change of liver function.Results:The curative effects in the treatment group was better than in the control group(P<0.01);when compared to the control group,the treatment group achieved better effects on improving cardinal symptoms and signs,liver fibrosis,and liver functions(P<0.01or P<0.05).Conclusions:ShenJia RuanGan Decoction has obvious effects on anti chronic hepatitis B fibrosis as well as improving the liver function.
