| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨园艺疗法对慢性精神分裂症的康复效果。方法 对38例慢性精神分裂症患者在药物治疗同时采用园艺疗法，并将38例未采用园艺疗法患者为对照组，在治疗前后应用BPRS、NORS、IPROS量表综合评价病人的康复情况，资料分析应用SAS统计软件做t检验分析。结果 两组治疗后BPRS、NORS、IPROS评分降低，与治疗前比较，均有显著疗效（P＜0．001）；实验组与对照组比较，有显著性差异（均P＜0．001）。结论 园艺疗法对慢性精神分裂症的康复是有效的，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of gardening therapy on chronic schizophrenia patients (CSP) in rehabilitation.Methods76 CSP in rehabilitation were divided randomly into two groups: gardening therapy and control. The curative effects were compared between the two groups before and after treatment with PBRS NORS and IPROS test tables. The data were treated with SAS for t test analysis.ResultsAfter treatment, the BPRS, NORS and IPROS scores in both groups went down and the curative effects were far more significant in the 2 groups before and after treatment ( P <0.001).ConclusionThe gardening therapy is effective in helping the CSP rehabilitate, worth popularizing. |
