固尔苏治疗新生儿急性肺损伤30例

目的评价固尔苏治疗新生儿急性肺损伤(ALI)的疗效。方法新生儿ALI 30例应用固尔苏气管内滴入治疗,检测治疗前、治疗后6 h、24 h血气分析,比较酸碱度(pH)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)的变化。结果30例新生儿ALI患儿治愈22例(73.33%),好转6例(20.00%),死亡2例(6.67%)。治疗后6 h与治疗前比较除PaO2、PaO2/FiO2外,血气均明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗后24 h与治疗前比较除PaO2/FiO2外,血气均明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.001)。结论固尔苏治疗新生儿ALI可以迅速改善低氧血症,防止肺损伤继续加重,提高患儿生存质量。

Curosurf for treatment of thirty neonates with acute lung injury

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of curosurf for treatment of neonates with acute lung injury(ALI).Methods Thirty neonates with ALI were performed curosurf through trachea.Blood gas analysis after 6 and 24 hours were observed and the changes of pH,PaO2,PaCO2,SaO2,PaO2/FiO2 pre-and post-treatment were compared.Results Among 30 neonates with ALI,twenty-two cases(73.33%) were cured,six cases(20.00%) were improved,two cases(6.67%) died.As compared with pre-treatment,the blood gas analysis after 6 hours were significantly improved beside PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2(P<0.05,P<0.01);the parameters after 24 hours were significantly improved except PaO2/FiO2(P<0.01,P<0.001).Conclusion Curosurf can improve hyoxemia of neonates with ALI rapidly.It can prevent lung injury from aggravating and improve children's life quality.
