对择期无痛人流患者术前禁食禁饮时间的调查分析及护理对策

目的调查目前择期无痛人流患者术前实际禁食禁饮现状及其对机体舒适的影响，分析禁食禁饮时问过长原因，以便有针对性地改进护理对策。方法调查者自行设计问卷，对298例择期无痛人流患者采取术后2～4h床边访谈，内容包括术前禁食、禁饮时间和口渴、饥饿等不良反应的发生情况。结果术前实际禁食禁饮时间过长，术前禁食时间平均为11．8h，禁饮时间平均为10．3h，被要求的禁食禁饮时间平均为8h，均明显超过常规要求的禁食禁饮时间。禁食禁饮后出现口干、口渴占75．17％（224／298），饥饿占14．43％（43／298），胃不适感占8．72％（26／298），虚脱占1．34％（4／298），低血糖反应占0．34％（1／298），298例患者均存在不同程度的不适情况。结论术前过度延长禁食禁饮时间可以导致机体舒适的改变，不利于早孕患者对手术的耐受和康复，应加强医护合作和术前教育，针对患者的具体情况制定个性化的术前禁食禁饮方案，减轻患者相关不良反应，更好地配合手术。
