| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌组织中Notchl受体的表达水平，为乳腺癌的防治提供新的策略。方法进行荧光定量PCR（FQ—PCR）和免疫组化技术对60例乳腺癌组织和25例正常乳腺组织中的Notchl受体蛋白及基因表达情况的检测分析。结果（1）FQ—PCR技术检测显示乳腺癌患者Notchl基因表达阳性，DNA拷贝数显著高于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；侧腋窝淋巴结转移组NotchlDNA拷贝数稍高于非转移组，但差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。（2）免疫组织化学染色的结果表明Notchl分子在乳腺癌组织中呈强表达，正常乳腺组织中不表达或弱表达，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论Notchl信号在乳腺上皮干细胞恶性转化中表达上调，Notchl基因可能是一种癌基因，对乳腺癌干细胞的分化起调节作用。
