腹腔引流术在胃癌根治术后应用的必要性探讨

目的探讨腹腔引流术在胃癌根治术后应用的必要性。方法自我院2006年7月～2009年7月收治的胃癌手术患者中随机抽取148例，并随机分为两组。无腹腔引流组（74例）不放置腹腔引流管，腹腔引流组（74例）常规放置腹腔引流管。均采用胃癌D2根治术，使用相同的围手术期处理方法。观察两组术后并发症发生率及术后恢复情况。结果无腹腔引流组与腹腔引流组相比，术后肛门排气时间、术后停胃肠解压时间及术后住院时间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组术后均无死亡病例，术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论胃癌根治切除术后腹腔引流术的应用没有必要性。
