| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈动脉超声对冠心病的预测价值。方法对2006年1月～2009年12月行冠状动脉造影检查的86例患者分为对照组26例、单支病变组21例、双支病变组22例和三支病变组17例，比较各组患者颈动脉粥样硬化有无差异。结果冠心病组在等级积分、内中膜厚度、斑块发生率三个指标均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论颈动脉超声检查作为筛选冠心病高危人群的方法，对预测冠心病有重要的价值。
