| 摘 要： | 目的通过与开腹胆囊切除术进行比较，探讨使用普通器械经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性和手术操作的注意事项。方法对行胆囊切除术患者行腹腔镜（56例）和开腹手术（45例）的临床资料进行回顾性分析，比较两组的临床效果。结果腹腔镜组在手术时间、术中失血量、术后镇痛药使用、术后排气时间、术后并发症、住院时间、下床活动时间、术后应用抗生素的时间、综合费用、腹部疤痕等临床效果明显优于剖腹组。结论应用普通器械经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除是安全可行的，脐部瘢痕小且隐匿美观，虽然对操作者的技术要求较高，但能节省手术费用，极具推广价值。
