| 摘 要： | 目的探讨文拉法辛对脑卒中后抑郁症患者抑郁症状、运动功能和神经功能康复的影响。方法将80例PSD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。两组患者均予以脑血管病的常规治疗及康复训练。治疗组在上述治疗的基础上加用文拉法辛胶囊25mg，2次／d，疗程为8周。结果治疗8周后，两组患者HAMD和NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显下降，BI评分和FMA评分均明显上升（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），且治疗组下降或上升幅度较对照组更明显（P〈0．05）。治疗组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。同时两组患者生理、心理、社会和环境4个领域的生存质量评分均较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），且治疗组改善的幅度均较对照组更明显（P〈0．05）。结论文拉法辛可有效地改善PSD患者的抑郁情绪，并能改善患者神经功能、运动功能及日常生活能力，促进肢体神经功能的康复，从而提高患者的生存质量。
