| 摘 要： | 目的探讨KAI—1和MMP-9在鼻咽癌组织的表达及其相关性。方法通过免疫组化s—P法检测KAI-1和MMP-9在23例慢性鼻咽炎、62例鼻咽癌组织（其中38例伴有颈部淋巴结转移）中的表达情况。结果KAI-1和MMP-9在鼻咽癌组织阳性率分别为56．5％、75．8％，两者在慢性鼻咽炎的阳性率分别为100％、13．0％，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；鼻咽癌转移组KAI-1的阳性表达明显低于非转移组，阳性率分别为39．5％、83.3％（P〈0．05）。鼻咽癌转移组MMP-9表达明显高于非转移组，阳性率分别为89．4％、54．2％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。鼻咽癌淋巴结转移组中KAI-1和MMP-9表达无相关（P〉O．05）。结论KAI-1和MMP-9在鼻咽癌组织中异常表达，联合检测有助于进一步阐明鼻咽癌的发生、发展机制。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expressions and correlation of KAI-1 and MMP-9 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of KAI-1 and MMP-9 in 23 chronic nasopharyngitis and 65 NPCs(38 cases with lymph node metastases).Results The positive expression rates of KAI-1 and MMP-9 were 56.5% and 75.8% in 65 NPCs,while were 100% and 13.0% in 23 chronic nasopharyngitis,respectively,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of K... |
