| 摘 要： | 目的观察通心络胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将本院100例脑梗死患者随机分成两组，治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组进行常规治疗，治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加服通心络胶囊，每次4粒，一日3次，共4周。结果相比对照组，治疗组神经功能缺损评分明显降低，同时治疗组总有效率为82％，高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义。结论常规治疗外加服通心络胶囊对治疗脑梗死具有较好的效果。
