| 摘 要： | 目的研究奥扎格雷联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法将不稳定型冠心病心绞痛患者110例随机分组，对照组采取常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用奥扎格雷联合低分子肝素，服药14d后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组心电图总有效率为90．91％，而对照组为76．36％，两组比较有显著的统计学差异（P〈0．05）；治疗组临床疗效总有效率94．55％，对照组为78．18％，两组比较有显著的统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论治疗组不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及心电图疗效均优于对照组，奥扎格雷联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型冠心病心绞痛疗效比较肯定。
