| 摘 要： | 目的探讨“以产妇-家庭为中心”的产科护理理念在临床上的应用，提高产科护理质量，维护、促进母婴健康。方法正常产妇分别给予传统的产科护理模式或产妇一家庭为中心的护理，比较两组在母亲角色适应、母乳喂养技能掌握、新生儿护理技能掌握、护理服务满意度、自然分娩率的差异。结果给予产妇-家庭为中心护理的实验组在上述指标中都明显好于实施传统护理方式的对照组（P〈0．05）。结论以产妇-家庭为中心的护理模式明显提高了产科护理质量，满足母婴及其家庭的切身需求，具有临床推广意义。
