| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症（甲亢）伴抑郁患者的甲状腺功能指标的变化。方法采用放射免疫分析法测定50例甲亢伴抑郁患者（甲亢伴抑郁组）和50例甲亢患者（甲亢组）的血清促甲状腺素（TSH）、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸（TT3）、总甲状腺素（TT4）、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（PT3）和游离甲状腺素（FT4）水平。结果与甲亢组比较，甲亢伴抑郁组TT3、TT4、FTB、FT4水平上升，TSH水平下降，相比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；甲亢伴抑郁组心率加快，体重降低，相比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论甲亢伴抑郁患者的甲状腺功能更差，甲亢症状更严重。
