手术治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征60例疗效观察

目的探讨应用不同的手术方法治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的临床疗效。方法我院2007年1月～2009年1月应用不同的手术方法治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征60例。结果60例患儿手术后sa02较术前明显升高（P〈0．01），术后AHI较术前明显降低（P〈0．01），总低通气时间明显缩短（P〈0．01）；且随着OSAHS严重程度的增高，TS90％数值也逐渐增高。本组术后治愈22例，显效16例，有效20例，无效2例，有效率达96．7％。结论通过临床检查、CT检查多方面考虑决定手术方案，除了UPPP手术，根据鼻部不同病变情况选择鼻中隔黏膜下切除术、下鼻甲黏膜下部分切除术。

Observation on Efficiency of Surgery for Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

Objective To explore the efficiency of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome with different surgical treatments. Methods We select 60 cases of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in our hospital from January 2007- January 2009 as research subjects,they were treated with different surgical. Results After treatment,SaO2 were much higher,AHl was much lower, the low total ventilation time was much shorter,with a significant difference between before and after treatment（P〈0.01）. With the severity of OSAHS,TS90% was increased. After surgical,22 cases were cured,16 cases were obviously effective,20 cases were effective and 2 case was inefficacy,with a total cure rate as 96.7%. Conclusion The operation was decided by clinical examination and CT examination. According to the situation of diseases of nose,we selected the submucous resection of the nasal septum and inferior turbinate resection in addition to UPPP surgery
