| 摘 要： | 目的观察奥扎格雷钠、丹红注射液、阿司匹林（ASA）联合治疗对急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将62例诊断明确的急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组，治疗组31例，奥扎格雷钠80mg溶于NS250mL中ivgtt，qd，丹红注射液30mL溶于NS250mL中ivgtt，qd，阿司匹林（ASA）0．1g、po、qd；对照组31例，低分子右旋糖酐500mLiv甜t、qd，丹红注射液30mL溶于NS250mL中ivgt，qd，阿司匹林（ASA）0．1g、po、qd。均以14d为一疗程，按临床神经功能缺损评分标准于治疗前后14d进行疗效评定。结果治疗组总有效率与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论奥扎格雷钠、丹红注射液、阿司匹林联合治疗临床观察疗效满意，且无明显不良反应，治疗急性脑梗死有效。
