| 摘 要： | 目的观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗小儿手足口病的效果。方法对782例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予常规治疗加蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗，对照组383例给予常规治疗。结果治疗组和对照组分别人组399例和383例患儿，治疗组在咽痛时间、发热持续时间、总病程方面均优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液可有效治疗小儿手足口病。
