| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲钴胺与泼尼松治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各164例，分别静滴甲钴胺与泼尼松，疗程6d，比较两组患者治疗前后VAS评分、Lasegue征角度及放射性疼痛、麻木症状改善率。结果在治疗后2d、4d观察组VAS评分高于对照组（P〈0．05），在治疗后13d观察组VAS评分低于对照组（P〈0．01），治疗13d观察组Lasegue征角度明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。观察组与对照组治疗结束后放射性神经痛改善率分别为87．4％、86．9％（P〉0．05），下肢麻木改善率分别为84．9％、76．8％（P〈0．01）。结论甲钴胺可有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症的症状与体征。
