| 摘 要： | 目的：总结手法与改良Ilizarov外固定器在桡骨远端不稳定骨折治疗中的应用经验。方法：2005年～2008年,采用手法复位,改良Ilizarov外固定器治疗30例桡骨远端不稳定骨折。其中,A3型12例,B2型3例,C1型8例,C2型4例,C3型3例。结果：全部病例均获得随访,采用Batra腕关节评分标准进行评分,其中优15例,良11例,可1例,差3例,平均86.27分。结论：手法与改良Ilizarov外固定器结合治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折方法简单,疗效满意,是建立在一般桡骨远端骨折复位手法基础上的,借助器械和术后康复的的一套行之有效的方法。
