白裤瑶人群耳垂基因频率的分布

摘    要:目的:了解白裤瑶人群耳垂基因频率分布特征。方法:采用整群随机抽样法,收集白裤瑶人群耳垂形态学资料,根据Hardy-Weiberg定律计算耳垂显性基因频率T和隐性基因频率t。结果:白裤瑶人群耳垂显性基因频率T=0.3122(男性T=0.3103,女性T=0.3172),耳垂隐性基因频率t=0.6878(男性t=0.6897,女性t=0.6828),耳垂显性基因频率在男女群体中的分布差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:白裤瑶人群耳垂显性基因频率明显低于隐性基因频率,其遗传受民族、性别等因素的影响。

Abstract:Objective. To understand the distribution of gene frequencies of ear lobes in the Baiku Yao. Methods: A morphological survey on 539 random people of bai-ku Yao nationality living in lihu and Baxu country of Nandan county in Guangxi were carried out in August, 1999. Meanwhile, the gene frequencies of ear lobes were calculaled out according to the Hardy-weinberg law. Results: The frequency of dominant gene (T) was 0.3122, the frequency of dominant gene was not significantly different betwen male and female (male=0.3103, female=0.3172, P>0.05), Gonclusion: The frequency of dominant gene was lower than that of recesive gene in Baiku Yao population, and the hereditary feature of ear lobes were related with nationality and sex.
