利用内踝上动脉为蒂的交腿皮瓣修复小腿下1／3及足部皮肤缺损

目的观察利用内踝上动脉为蒂的交腿皮瓣修复对侧小腿下1／3及足部皮肤缺损的临床疗效。方法2005年3月～2007年7月我科应用以内踝上动脉为蒂的交腿皮瓣转移修复各种原因所致的小腿下1／3及足部皮肤、软组织缺损18例。结果本组术后28d断蒂，皮瓣全部成活，9例获随访，时间为6～12个月，平均8．5个月，皮肤无明显疼痛和溃疡，不影响行走功能和穿鞋。结论以内踝上动脉为蒂的交腿皮瓣修复对侧小腿下1／3及足部皮肤缺损，不牺牲供区小腿的主要血管，增加了受区的血供，是一种比较理想的方法。

Repair of Soft Tissue Defect on Foot and on the 1/3 Lower Part of Inferleg with Cross Leg Flap of Cutaneous Branches of Posterior Tibial Artery of Superior Medial Malleolus

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of cross leg flap of cutaneous branches of posterior tibial artery on the part of superior medialmalleolus to repair soft tissue defect on foot and 1/3 lower part of inferleg. Methods Crossleg flap of cutaneous branches of posterior tibial artery on the part of superior medial malieolus was used （March 2005 to July 2007）to repair skin and soft tissue defects of 18 patients on foot and 1/3 lower part of inferleg due to various trauma. Results 28 days after operation, pediele broke and all flaps took shape. 9 cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months with an average time of 8.5 months. There were no obvious pains and ulcer and there was little trouble in walking and wearing shoes. Conclusion The cross leg flap of cutaneous branches of posterior tibia] artery on the part of superior medialmalleolus can improve blood circulation in recipient site without sacrifice of the major arteries.
