四川长丘山区血吸虫病防治措施效果比较

目的比较四川省长丘山区血吸虫病不同防治措施的效果。方法对长丘山区 7个县血吸虫病流行因素进行调查 ,找出长丘山区血吸虫病流行规律 ,并以长丘山区的眉山、蒲江、丹棱 3个县的马沟、古福、飞龙村为试点 ,分别采用单纯化疗 ,化疗结合环改灭螺以及综合治理的防治措施。结果长丘山区血吸虫病的流行同当地特定的地理、环境条件 ,现有的生产条件和生活方式密切相关 ,通过 3种防治措施的综合比较 ,综合治理防治措施优于其它两种措施。结论综合治理防治措施能促进长丘山区血吸虫病防治工作的持续发展。

Comparison on Schistosomiasis Control Strategies in Changqiu Mountain Area, Sichuan Province

Objective After carrying out different control strategies in Changqiu Mountain area, the schistosomiasis control effectiveness were compared. Method The transmission patterns were studied by investigation on epidemiological factors in 7 endemic counties in Chnagqiu Mountain area. Magou, Gufu and Feilong villages were selected as demonstration villages and 3 different control measures i.e. single chemotherapy, chemotherapy combined with snail control by environmantal modification and comprehensive measures were carried out in the 3 villages respectively. Results Schistosomiasis endemicity closely related to the geographic features, environmental and productive conditions as well as daily life mode of the areas. As for control strategies, the comprehensive measures revealed the best of all in the areas. Conclusion The comprehensive control measures could not only speed up the schistosomiasis control but also promote the productive and economic development in mountainous areas.
