| 摘 要： | 目的 建立移植动经的动物模型，方法 １０８只Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠显微镜下行腹主动脉吻合术。结果 该模型建立成功。结论 该方法为临床研究动脉移植了一种动物模型。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the Animal model for transplant arteriosclerosis. Methods 108 Wistar rats aorta were anatomysed by microscope. Results The animal model can be accomplished. Conclusion The method offered a feasible one for establishment of the clinical transplant arterioslerosis. |
