摘    要:对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者进行再灌注治疗的同时也会带来新的损伤,被称为缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)。IRI的发生机制复杂,目前针对IRI仍没有有效的治疗方法。最近研究表明内质网应激(ERS)在IRI中发挥重要的作用,ERS有望成为减轻IRI的新靶点。了解ERS在IRI中的发生发展机制以及其与心肌细胞死亡的关系对于改善AMI患者的预后有重要的意义。

Abstract:Reperfusion therapy can also lead to the new injury in the patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), which was known as ischemic reperfusion injury (IRI). The pathogenesis of IRI is complex, and there is still no effective treatment. Recent studies showed that the endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) plays an important role in IRI, and is expected to be a new target to reduce IRI. It is of great significance to investigate the role of ERS in the occurrence and development of IRI and its relationship with the cardiomyocyte death in the improvement of the prognosis of AMI patients.
