摘    要:正心血管事件是维持性血液透析患者死亡的第一位原因,高达50%~([1]),其中心脏瓣膜钙化是预测血液透析患者心血管事件和全因死亡的独立危险因素~([2-3])。已有报道发现低血清镁与血液透析患者的心血管事件有关~([4]),但是否与血透患者心脏瓣膜钙化有关,目前尚不明确。本研究采用多普勒超声检测维持性血

Association between serum magnesium and the presence of cardiac valve calcification in maintenance hemodialysis patients
Abstract:Abstract Objective: To examine the relationship between cardiac valve calcification and serum magnesium levels in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods: 111 patients underwent Color Doppler echocardiography for qualitative assessment of cardiac valve calcification. Blood was drawn to measure hemoglobin, albumin, serum calcium, phosphate, magnesium and intact parathyroid hormone levels. Results: Overall, 76 patients exist cardiac valve calcification (calcification group), and 35 cases without calcification (no calcification group). Compared with the group without calcification, those in the calcification group had lower serum magnesium (P<0.01) and higher serum phosphorus levels (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that serum magnesium concentration was a significant independent factor associated with the presence of cardiac valve calcification in hemodialysis patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hypomagnesemia is significantly associated with the presence of cardiac valve calcification in hemodialysis patients. These results suggest that early correct serum magnesium may reduce the occurrence and development of valve calcification.
