| 摘 要： | 目的：应用HPLC法测定哮喘片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法；色谱柱为C18柱（200mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（9：87）；流速为1．0ml／min柱温：25℃；检测波长：207砌；进样量：10μl。结果：盐酸麻黄碱在0．04—0．20μg／ml浓度范围内与峰面积线形关系良好，其回归方程为：Y=169373X＋22290，r=0．9998。平均回收率为96．96％，RSD为0．12％。结论：本法快速简便，准确。重现性好。

Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Asthma Tablets |

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in asthma tablets. Methods： HPLC method,the analytical column was C - 18（200 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of aeetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid（9：87）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was at 25℃. The Derector wavelength was set at 207 nm. The injection volume was 10μl. Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 04 - 0. 20μg/ml of ephedrine hydroehloride with correlation coefficient of 0. 9998, and the regression equation as Y = 169373X ＋ 22290. The average recovery rate was 96. 96%, and RSD was 0. 55%. Conclusion：The method is quick, accurate, and simple with good repetition. |
