| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨精神分裂症的认知功能损害特点。方法：对21例分裂样精神障碍，26例精神分裂症和22名健康对照组进行威期康星卡片分类测验，词汇流畅测验，联想学习，领悟，相似和数字广度测验，结果：在所有的神经心理测验中，分裂症样精神障碍组和精神分裂症组成绩均显著低于对照组（均P＜0．05），威期 星卡分分类测验与其它各项神经心理测验无明显的相关。结论：精神分裂症患者存在认知功能损害。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore cognitive dysfunction in patients wi th schizophrenia Methods: 21 first onset patients with schizophr e niform disorder and 26 patients with chronic schizophrenia were studied with Wis consin Card Sorting Test (WCST), Semantic Fluency Test, Association Learning, Co mprehension, Similarity and Digit Span Test 22 normal controls also received t h ese tests Results: Both patients' groups did worse on above te st s than normal control The first onset patients were impaired cognitively as th e chronic schizophrenics in all tests except for Association Learning No correl a tion was found between result of WCST and other neuropsychological tests Conclusion: Schizophrenic patients are cognitively impaired early in t he course of psychosis |
