食管导联信号平均心电图记录窦房结电图的实验研究

为了探索从食管导联记录窦房结电位的可行性 ,笔者对 8只犬进行了系列实验研究 ,其方法是 :直接将双极电极放置于犬的食管、窦房结区和右房部位进行同步单次记录与信号平均记录。叠加次数为 2 0 0个心动周期。检测仪采用广州军区武汉总医院自制的三通道心电微电位仪 ,前置放大器采用AnalogDevices 2 90型隔离放大器 ,系统增益为 2 0 0～ 10 0 0 0 0倍 ,采样频率为 2kHz,且A/D转换器为 16位精度。心内电极的高通滤波器频率为 2Hz ,而食管导联的高通滤波器频率为 0 .5Hz。结果 :正式实验的 6只犬 (另 2只为预实验犬 ) ,食管导联信号平均心电图均记录到了窦房结电位。结论 :在高增益条件下 ,采用信号平均方法经食管导联能记录到窦房结电位

Experimental Study of Sinus No de Potentials Based Upon the Esophagus By Signal Averaging

In order to study sinus nodes potentials by recordings of the esopheg eal leads,8 dogs were studied in a series of experiments.The detection syst em was made by Wuhan General Hospital of Guang Zhou Command.The three-channel am plifier is based on an Analog Devices 290 isolation amplifier.The gain of the sy stem is 200～100 000,and the band width is 0.5-1 000 Hz.A/D converter is 16-bit accuracy at 2 kHz.200 cardiac cycles are averaged.Bipolar X,Y,Z leads serve as inputs to the signal averaging system.The X lead was es ophagus.The Yelectrode was applied to sinus node area.The Z electrode was appli ed in right atrium.Electric activities of esophageal leads,sinus node area,and r ight atrium were recorded simultaneously by signal averaging method or direct re cord.Results:Sinus node potentials can be successfully recorded by the signal av eraging method of the esophegeal leads.
