慢性胃扭转的病因和治疗探讨

目的 探讨慢性胃扭转的病因和治疗效果,以便选择更适当的治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析我院30年来收治的慢性胃扭转27例,分析其临床表现、类型、合并症及其发病诱因,评价各种治疗方法的效果。结果 全组慢性胃扭转27例。其中器官轴扭转21例,系膜轴扭转2例,混合型扭转4例。存在明显诱因的有19例(70.4％)。手术治疗治愈13例,单纯非手术治疗治愈5例,症状好转出院7例,未愈2例。结论 慢性胃扭转是胃扭转的主要类型,常无特异临床表现,常存在诱因,钡餐造影是诊断本病的主要手段,外科手术是治愈本病的主要措施。

Discussion about the cause and the therap of chronic gastric Volvulus

Objective To investigate the cause and a more appropriate therapeutic method for treating chronic gastric volvulus.Methods The clinical manifestation,types,complication and inducement of 27 cases of chronic gastric volvulus in the last 30 years were retrospectively analyzed and assessed the effects of each thera-peutic method. Results Among the 27 cases of chronic gastric volvulus operation,21 cases torsion were found aroud the organ, 2 cases torsion around the mesentery and 4 cases mixed type torsion. 19 of the 27 cases (70.4% ) had evient inducement, 13 cases were cured by surgery,5 cases were cured by non-surgery;the symp-toms were relieved in 7 cases and 2 cases hadn't been recovery.Conclusion Chronic gastric volvulus is the main type of gastric volvulus,Its clinical manifestation is often noncharacteristic, and there are some inducement.Bar-ium meal is the most important diagnostic means.The surgery is main therapeutic measure for chronic gastric volvulus.
