HPLC法同时测定八号烧伤膏中大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的含量

目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定八号烧伤膏中大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Agilent TC-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）为固定相;以甲醇-0.1%磷酸（85∶15,V∶V）为流动相;流速为1.0 ml.min-1;柱温为25℃;检测波长为254 nm。结果大黄素在16.4～82.0μg.ml-1（r=0.9999）,大黄酚在17.60～90.00μg.ml-1（r=0.9999）,大黄素甲醚在16.16～80.80μg.mL-1（r=0.9999）范围内线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为101.40%、99.88%和99.74%;相对标准偏差分别为2.48%、2.28%和1.93%。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确,可作为八号烧伤膏的质量控制方法。

Simultaneous determination of the contents of emodin,chrysophanol and physcione in Bahao burn slurry via HPLC

Objective To establish a method for the determination of the contents of Emodin,Chrysophanol and Physcione in Bahao burn slurry.Methods The measurement conditions used were as follows: Agilent TC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column;mobile phase: methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid(85:15,V:V);flow rate:1.0 ml·min-1;Column temperature:25℃;detection wavelength:254nm.Results The linear ranges of emodin,chrysophanol and Physcione were in 16.4-82.0μg·mL-1(r=0.9999),17.60-90.00μg·ml-1(r=0.9999)and 16.16-80.80μg·ml-1(r=0.9999),respectively.The average recoveries were 101.40%,99.88% and 99.74%;and RSD were 2.48%,2.28% and 1.93%;respectively.Conclusion The determination method is simple,accurate,reliable,and it can be used for quality control of Bahao burn slurry.
