胃癌围手术期的护理

摘    要:目的 对 63例胃癌进行围手术期的护理。方法 术前加强心理护理 ,饮食营养需求 ,有益各种训练适应能力 ,术后生命体征监测、有效胃肠减压的维护、饮食及并发症的预防、护理措施。结果 全部病例安全渡过围手术期。结论 心理护理、营养支持、胃肠减压及预防并发症等是胃癌围手术期护理的关键。

Abstract:Objectives To investigate the periopertive nursing for 63 patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods Intensive mental care, adequate and balance diet, available functional training were done for operation. Postoperative vital signs and gastrointestinal decompression were observed carefully. And other nursing techniques were used for preventing the complication disease. Results All patients got through the perioperative period safety. Conclusions The key elements of nursing in perioperative period of gastric carcinoma are: intensive mental care, adequate and balance diet, gastrointestinal decompression and preventing the complication disease.
