| 摘 要： | 目的研究分别具有益气、养阴、清热、活血功效的中药对高糖作用下牛肾小球系膜细胞(GMC)增殖的影响.方法采用 MTT 比色法,观察黄芪、白芍、山楂、知母、当归对体外高糖培养的牛肾小球系膜细胞增殖的影响.结果黄芪、白芍、山楂、知母对系膜细胞增殖有抑制作用,而当归无抑制作用.结论养阴益气、清热活血中药是治疗糖尿病肾病的有效药物.

| Abstract: | Objective To study herbs which can reinforce Qi, nourish Yin, clear heat, promote blood circulation on the proliferation of bivine glomeruli mesangial cell induced by high glucose. Method The proliferation of bivine glomeruli mesangial cell were induced by high glucose incubation in vitro, the effect of Radix Astragali, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Fructus Crataegl Pinnatifidae, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Radix Angelicae Sinensis on the proliferation were detected by MTT assay. Result Radix Astragali, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Fructus Crataegl Pinnatifidae and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae can inhibit the proliferation induced by high glucose, but Radix Angelicae Sinensis can not. Conclusion The herbs which can reinforce Qi, nourish Yin, clear heat, promote blood circulation are effective drugs to diabetic nephropathy. |
