颅脑损伤并发低钠血症的诊断治疗

目的探讨颅脑损伤后住院患者并发低钠血症的临床诊断与治疗。方法回顾分析急性颅脑损伤患者出现低钠血症的临床资料。结果 22例抗利尿激素分泌异常综合症患者21例血钠恢复正常,1例死于肺部感染。10例脑性耗盐综合症患者和5例营养性低钠血症患者血钠均恢复正常。结论密切监测血钠浓度,区别低钠血症的类别,将提高颅脑损伤治愈率。

Diagnosis and treatment hyponatremia after cerebral injury

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of byponatremia in brain injury patients. Methods The clinical date of 37 acute craniocerebral injury patients with hyponatremia,who received treatment in our department in past five years, are analyzed retrospectively. Results SIADH is found in 22 cases ,with which 21 patients were cured and 1 patient dies of pulmonary infection. CSWS is found in 10 cases , in which all patients are cured. Nutritional hyponatremia is found in 5 cases, in which allpatients were cured. Conclusion Closely monitoring the concentration of serum sodium and distinguishing hyponatremia, will increase the cure rate of the cerebral injury.
