Steiner分析法对新疆维吾尔族正常(牙合)儿童颅面结构的X线头影测量的研究

 目的建立新疆维吾尔族儿童正常(牙合)硬组织的X线头影测量的Steiner正常值,并确定其颅面结构的性别特征、种族特征及其增龄性变化.方法按正常(牙合)标准选取105名维吾尔族儿童,分别摄取标准头颅侧位片,选择Steiner分析法测量项目14项.结果得到了维吾尔族儿童X线头影测量的Steiner正常值,颅面结构的角度测量在正常(牙合)男女间差异无显著性意义,而线距的测量有些项目在男女差异有显著性意义,骨侧貌突度逐渐减少.结论维吾尔族儿童牙弓突度小,下切牙较直立,下颌向前向上逆时针旋转,呈Ⅲ类面型特征.

A cephalometric study on craniofacial structures of Uygur children with normal occlusion in Xinjiang Autonomous Region

Objective To establish the cephalometric Steiner normal values in Urgur children, and to investigate the gender and racial features and ageing changes of their craniofacial structures. Methods 105 Uygur children with normal occlusion were recruited, standard lateral cranial X-ray films were taken,and cephalometric steiner analysis was made. Results and Conclusions Cephalometric Steiner normal values in Uygur children were obtained. Angle measure ments show no significant difference between male and female children.The convexity of maxilla decreases with increasing age, lower incisors are upright. The convexity of dental arch in Uygur children is smaller than that in Han nationality children, the mandible grows forwards and upwards having type III facial features.
