放弃手术患者的护理伦理

长期以来，不少人不加分析地认为放弃手术就是放弃治疗，放弃手术患者即为临终病人，从而有意无意地懈怠他们。作者认为上述观战和做法是不公正的、不人道的。只有正确理解放弃手术的含义，对放弃手术患者进行生命质量的评估，对不同生命质量的患者采取不同的救治方法，进行整体护理，使患者获得应有的道德地位和权利，这才是人道和公正的。

Many people take it for granted that to quit operation is just to quit therapy and the patients a bandoning the operation are on their dead bed,so they treat those patients carelessly.Authors pointed out that the opinions wrong and unkind.We must grasp the concept of quitting operation and evaluate the patients' lives quality and treat different kinds of patents with different therapy and holistic nursing.By these means the patients will get their own moral status and rights.
