小剂量罗红霉素对下呼吸道绿脓杆菌感染的作用

目的研究小剂量罗红霉素对下呼吸道绿脓杆菌感染的作用。方法将60例下呼吸道绿脓杆菌感染患者随机分为2组。对照组（n=30）根据药敏结果选用2种敏感抗生素联用，疗程3～4周，并治疗基础疾病；治疗组（n=30）在对照组的基础上加用罗红霉素胶囊0．15g，2次／d，疗程6个月。观察2组治疗前后临床疗效和细菌清除率。结果治疗组临床总有效率93．3％（28／30），对照组临床总有效率60．0％（18／30），2组相比差异显著（P〈0．05）；治疗组细菌清除率66．7％（20／30），对照组细菌清除率20．0％（6／30），2组相比差异显著（P〈0．01）。结论小剂量罗红霉素长疗程治疗下呼吸道绿脓杆菌感染疗效显著，且有利于抗生素对绿脓杆菌的清除。

The Effect of Small Dosage of Roxithromycin on Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective To investigate the effect of small dosage of roxithromycin on lower respiratory tract infection in pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods Sixty patients who infected by pseudomonas aeruginosa on lower respiratory tract were divided into 2 groups randomly;According to the result of pharmaceuticals sensitive, we used a combination of two sensitive antibiotics for 3-4 weeks,and treated the basis diseases. We used roxithromycin（0.15 g, twice a day）for 6 months in therapy group （n= 30） besides those drugs used in control group（n= 30）. Clinical effect and bacteria clearance before and after therapy were observed. Results There were significant differences of clinical effect（P〈0.05）and bacteria clearance（P〈0.01）between 2 groups. The clinical utility rates were 93.3 % （28/30） and 60.0% （18/30） in therapy group and contrc group,respectively. The bacteria clearance were 66. 7% （20/30） and 20.0% （6/30） in therapy group and the control group, respectively. Conclusion The effect of the long-term of therapy of small dosage roxithromyc on lower respiratory tract infection in pseudomonas aeruginosa is remarked. And it is advantageous for clearance of pseudomonas aeruginosa to antibiotic.
