复方甘草酸苷注射液联合前列地尔治疗病毒性肝炎重度淤胆的临床观察

目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液联合前列地尔治疗病毒性肝炎重度淤胆的疗效。方法:采用随机对照、单盲的方法进行前瞻性试验。70例病毒性肝炎合并重度淤胆患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,2组均用复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗,治疗组加用前列地尔,疗程4wk。结果:治疗组总有效率为83%,显著优于对照组的60%(P<0·05),治疗组TBIL、DBIL、ALT、AST、GGT、PTA的下降幅度,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0·01)。结论:复方甘草酸苷注射液联合前列地尔可有效治疗病毒性肝炎合并重度淤胆。

Clinical Observation on Compound Giycyrrhizin Injection Combined with Alprostadil Injection for Severe Cholestatic Virus Hepatitis

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with alprostadil injection in the treatment of severe cholestatic virus hepatitis.METHODS:The study was a randomized,single-blind,controlled prospective trial.In which 70 patients with severe cholestatic virus hepatitis were randomly assigned to receive glycyrrhizin injection plus alprostadil(trial group) or glycyrrhizin injection alone(control group) for 4 weeks,with serum levels of TBIL,DBIL,ALT,AST,GGT and PTA in two groups compared after treatment.RESULTS:The total effective rate in trial group was 83%,significantly higher than in control group(60%)(P<0.05).The statistical analysis revealed that the decreasing extent in biochemical parameters for the trial group had significant differences compared with control group(P<0.01).CONC-LUSION:Compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with alprostadil injection is effective in the treatment of severe cholestatic virus hepatitis.
