| 摘 要： | 使用琼脂糖凝胶高压电泳及抗C3血清免疫固定技术对我国云南地区4个少数民族：普米族42例、僳傈族93例、怒族100例及纳西族100例无关个体血样进行补体第3成分遗传多态性的检测。结果发现各小数民族基因频率分别为：普米族C3S0.952，C3F0.048；傈傈族C3S0.995，C3F0.006；怒族C3S0.955，C3F0.045；纳西族C3S0.965，C3F0.035；未发现罕见型。通过遗传距离F的比较，表明汉族与傈傈族之间，普米族、纳西族和怒族相互之间遗传差异较小，而汉族与普米族、纳西族、怒族相互之间，傈傈族与普米族、纳西族、怒族之间遗传差异较大。

| Abstract: | Serum samples were typed for C3 allotype using voltage agarose gel electrophoresis to investigate the profile of C3 genetic polymorphism in the population of Pumi, Lisu and Naxi. The samples included 42 of Pumi, 92 of Suli, 100 of Nu and 100 of Naxi. The results showed that the gene frequency of C3 allele in Pumi C3S was 0.9524 and C3F was 0.0476; in Suli C3S was 0.9946 and C3F was 0.0054; in Nu C3S was 0.9550 and C3F was 0.045; in Naxi C3S was 0.9650 and C3F was 0.035. No other allele was detected in the above samples. By comparison of the genetic distances among these populations leased upon the C3 genetic polymorphism, it was revealed that Suli had similar profile of C3 polymorphism as the Han, and Pumi, Naxi and Nu showed a similar profile of C3 polymorphism each other, but the difference was obvious between the former (Suli and Han) and the latter group (Pumi, Naxi and Nu). |
