新斯的明联合复方托吡卡胺治疗青少年进行性近视126例

目的观察新斯的明联合复方托吡卡胺滴眼液局部滴眼治疗进行性近视的效果。方法246例(492眼)进行性近视患者,随机分为治疗组(126例)和对照组(120例)。治疗组每天7时、12时新斯的明滴眼,22时复方托吡卡胺滴眼;对照组每天22时复方托吡卡胺滴眼。对两组疗效进行对照比较。结果治疗组治疗前后视力、屈光度、眼压变化有统计学差异(P<0.01),对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05);2组治疗后视力、屈光度、眼压变化有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论采用新斯的明联合复方托吡卡胺是治疗青少年进行性近视患者的一种可靠方法。

Neostigmine combined with compound tropicamide in the treatment of 126 adolescent with progressing myopia

Objective To observe the effects of neostigmine associated with tropicamide topically dripped for the treatment of the progressing myopia.Methods Two hundred and twenty-six patients(492 eyes) with progressing myopia were randomly divided into treatment group (n=126)and control group (n=120).The treatment group were treated with neostigmine at seven o'clock and twelve o'clock respectively and tropicamide at twenty-two o'clock.The control group were treated with tropicamide only at twenty-two o'clock daily.The curative effect was compared in two groups.Results The differences of eyesight,diopter and inner ocular press were significant pre- and post-treatment in treatment group(P<0.01), while there was no difference in control group(P>0.05). After treatment there were marked differences in eyesight,diopter and inner ocular press between the treatment and control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of neostigmine accompanied with tropicamide is a reliable therapy for treatment of the progressing myopia in adolescent.
